Conditions of cancellation/refund
Cancellation by the customer: in case of cancellation of the booked services, the following penalties will be applied; 50% of the entire amount from the 4th to the 10th day before the start of the tour; 100% of the amount after these terms also applied for cancellation of a journey that has begun or if the customer does not show up for departure. Changes - Cancellation by the organiser: due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or breakdown of vehicles, the organization may change the embarkation point, itinerary or cancel the excursion without any compensation being required other than the return of the amounts previously received.
