Full description
Imagine practicing yoga as the sun rises or sets over the waters of the Comacchio Lagoon, surrounded by the evocative remains of an ancient Etruscan city. An experience that weaves movement, breath and history together in one of the most extraordinary settings in the world.
The open-air section of the Museo Delta Antico is home to a faithful reconstruction of part of Spina, one of the most fascinating Etruscan settlements of antiquity.
Among these spaces steeped in history and spiritual resonance, we invite you to experience Surya Namaskara, the ancient dynamic yoga sequence dedicated to the Sun.
A practice that enhances flexibility, strength and posture, revitalizes body and mind, and in this remarkable setting takes on a depth and meaning like nowhere else.
