We will sail from the historic centre of Comacchio for a boat exploration of the brackish lagoon, an extraordinary ecosystem that preserves the memory of the ancient Po Delta. We will navigate through a timeless landscape shaped by nature and human activity, reaching the places where the eel, an enigmatic, vulnerable creature and always a precious resource, is caught using traditional methods. Accompanied by an expert, we will analyse the ongoing changes in the ecosystem, including the arrival of invasive species, and reach privileged spots for observing flamingos and other species of waterfowl. A journey through history and nature that will leave you breathless.
