A menu that celebrates tradition with a modern twist
Celebrated Italian chef Igles Corelli, holder of 5 Michelin stars, presents a refined dinner inspired by the zero waste philosophy and the principles of circular economy, ideas that were already present at the Estense court during the Renaissance.

Crispy cannolo filled with milk-poached sturgeon, saffron sauce
Duck-stuffed tortelli, toasted butter, cheese sauce and herb oil
Chicken breast stuffed with almonds, citrus sauce and apple compote
Sour cherry and gold tartlet

This event is part of the Renaissance Banquets series, a calendar of themed dinners and cultural experiences promoted within the framework of the Festina Lente project.
Funded by the Ministry of Tourism, this project is aimed at enhancing municipalities with strong tourism and cultural appeal, especially those hosting UNESCO World Heritage Sites or belonging to the UNESCO Creative Cities network.
